Empty result page

    Hello, we have installed Relevanssi plugin on our site but we noticed that with the plugin active the system does not produce any kind of result. Disabling it all works correctly. I would like to ask if there is any kind of incompatibility with other installed plugins.

    Currently on our site there are active the follow plugin:
    Contact Form 7
    Easy Forms for Mailchimp
    Export Users to CSV
    Honeypot for Contact Form 7
    Wordpress Import
    MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress
    Restrict Content
    Smart Cookie Kit
    Swift Performance Lite
    Ultimate Member
    WPML
    Yoast SEO

    I would like to ask you another question: before the installing of your plugin we had tried others one but without success, could there be the possibility that we have created some problem that does not allow the correct functioning of your plugin?

    Nothing obvious in your list of plugins, though WPML is often a source for weird behaviour. Try toggling the Relevanssi WPML setting on Settings > Relevanssi > Searching page to see if that helps.

    Which theme are you using? The theme may also be a problem. You can try the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search) to rule out any problems with the theme.

    Using other searching plugins before Relevanssi should have no effect on Relevanssi.
