I am unable to access http://myexample.com. This could also be why Mautic lists are not pulling the lists. Myexample sites are usually created on your local machine as a development, testing or staging environment. It is not public. Could you push your site live and re-check?

Hi @jdailey
I’m using myexample.com as an example URL. The shared hosting server I’m on is already under brute force attack (someone else’s website), so I rather not disclose the real URL.
Rest assured that the site is live, with a working URL. Can I contact you via Facebook message instead?

Hi again,
Forgot to mention that my site is just http not https and it’s not hosted on mautic.net but at my own .com address. Not sure if that helps in anyway.
Also while not being able to pull up any lists, the widget upon submitting data does not show any confirmation of success, eventhough the data has been captured by Hustle.
Hello @eosguy,
Can you message us with site details on contact [at] wpmudev.org? Just a urls that we need to check on your site
Could you please send in the following
– Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Kasia Swiderska
– Include relevant URLs for your site
kind regards,
Kasia
Hi,
I have the same issue – did you find a way to fix it?
Thanks
Lucie
Hi Lucie,
As we are unable to replicate this issue the problem is most likely related to specific installation, probably something different than on your site.
Can you start new thread per forum rules and we will look into this for you separately.
Cheers,
Predrag

Problem still not fixed. Could be an issue with Mautic itself. I have seen someone else with this issue in Hustle’s own support forum at WPMU website but the answer was not posted there.
Hi @eosguy,
I was able to find only one thread on our forums about that issue and in there we got an email from user that it wasn’t working because Mautic API was disabled.
Can you check if this is the case with you as well?
Cheers,
Predrag

Hi @wpmudev-support1
Thanks! This worked. I activated the Mautic API and Hustle finally pulled the segment lists from Mautic.
Not sure if I missed this in the help section or documentation, but if it’s not in there, kindly consider putting this simple step there for future users to refer to. π
Awesome!
And thanks for the suggestion, I’ll forward that to our devs π
Have a nice weekend!
Cheers,
