Empty settings, impossible to do a duplicate

    Since the version 0.5.0 duplicator has stopped working for me. The settings panel is blank (screenshot) and everytime I try to create a package, it just give me a blank page (if scan is actived) or an error log if i select “skip scan”.

    I had tried it in two of my servers (ubuntu 12.04 and centos 6.4). Same results.

    Hey Vegon,

    Is this happening on version 0.5.2 as well? It might be a plugin conflict… You may try and clear your browsers cache, if your still having the issue with 0.5.2 you can submit a support ticket if you want…

    Yeah, same problem with 0.5.2

    I have tried it with fresh installs of WordPress so I don’t think is a plugin conflict. Different browser too, so no cache issue either.

    Any ideas?

    Not really, I have tested on all the browsers across 3 different hosts and have had over two dozen other testers validate without issues… It looks like its something specific to your environment. That is pretty strange…

    Yeah, I know is strange. I have tried using the default english WordPress installation too, with the same result. The only thing in common betweeen the two servers are that they are from DigitalOcean… but still, they are two totally different machines.

    Maybe I’m missing an Apache module needed for the plugin to run?

    Check the Apache and PHP error logs they may have some clues…
