I am experiencing the same thing. Installed the plugin today and the Settings page show a single line – Access Key ID, but nothing can be entered in it. I tried using other browsers also – Firefox and Edge. I am using the latest wordpress WP 4.7.1 and believe that might have something to do it.
Update on a workaround:
1. Uninstalled the latest version and install version 1.2 (https://amazon-affiliate.eu/en/about-the-programme/amazon-associates-link-builder/).
2. Do the update from within your wordpress install plugins page, it should alert you there is an update available.
3. It did throw an error (The plugin AmazonAssociatesLinkBuilder/amazon-associates-link-builder.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.) and so was deactivated, as it says.
4. Click out of there by going to Dashboard, then go back to Plugins.
5. Reactivate it, now the updated version works.

I’m using WP 4.7.1 too.
Your link takes you to version 1.3.2.
I tried all the above and nothing worked. I still have the empty page under Settings. I contacted Amazon Associates Central and they indicated it is a WordPress issue. Can someone at WordPress or any users suggest anything to resolve this problem?
Any updates on this? Is there a fix in the works?
Hi. Link Builder support finally helped solved the empty settings issue. The one that worked for me is to upgrade PHP version. The steps that they sent me were:
1. http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php/create-phpinfo-page-to-see-php-settings
2. http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php/how-to-change-the-php-version-your-account-uses
The version that need to be upgraded is 5.6.
After doing these steps, all settings showed up on the screen and I was able to configure them and the plugin started working. Hope it helps you!
The links only apply to your hosting provider. 🙂
But the info was very helpful!
For HostGator users, go to your cPanel. Look for php Configuration under either Software or Advanced. You can select your php version from the drop down and upgrade.
Hi,
Support for PHP 4.x or lower has been discontinued officially. Please upgrade PHP version to the stable 5.6.
