Empty Settings page, ZONES_FETCH_ERROR

For a couple of days now I’ve noticed that the settings page does not load anything past the three menu icons.

After a while, a message is displayed in the bottom bar: “Service Unavailable!”

Any clue what is going on here? I can regularly log in to the Cloudflare site and manage things from there.
