empty site cache after submit

Hello I have several forms on my website, some of them with utm parameters and sometimes the cache keep previous submission informations like name, email etc… when another user come to the page.
I came to the conclusion that I could create a function that will empty the cache on after any submit on front-end.
Is it the right way ? like the following tutorial ? https://www.wpfastestcache.com/tutorial/delete-the-cache-by-calling-the-function/
