Empty Trash

    I’m having issues Emptying my trash folder for my posts. There are over 3,000 posts in my trash and everytime I try to empty it it just freezes. I tried to delete about 100 of them using the bulk action method but it just freezes too.

    Is there anyway to delete the trash using FTP?

    I don’t think there is any way to do this via FTP.

    Have you tried:
    -deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    -switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
