    After filling out all required fields on the Calendar and clicking the Paypal option the browser scrolls up to the top and displays the following: http://imgur.com/6IKYquf

    This looks like validation feedback, but why is it empty? I am not expecting an error since I filled out all required fields.

    Relevant installed plugins:
    Pinpoint Booking System v2.2.5 (deactivated)
    Pinpoint Booking System Pro v2.2.4 (active)
    Pinpoint Booking System add-on: 2CheckoutPayment v1.0.1 (active)
    Pinpoint Booking System add-on: Stripe Payment v1.0.3 (active)

    Is there a possible conflict with those plugins?

    Hello,

    I am trying to help a friend who paid someone to setup this website for them. This person is withholding the account information so I am unable to use that support forum.

    Could you possibly point me in the right direction?

    Do you know what cases cause the empty validation response as shown in the image in the original post? In addition to the problem with Paypal, when using 2Checkout the response after filling out valid credit card information is ‘unauthorized’.

    Is it possible the Pinpoint Booking purchase is in bad standing so requests are rejected?

    Is there some other setup required on the hosting server to communicate with the payment services?

    Any help you could give would be most appreciated.
