Empty video sitemap

    Hi there, I was trying to generate a video sitemap for the embedded YouTube videos on my site. I clicked “Re-index videos” in the Video SEO tab and after it’s done my sitemap is empty without a single video entry. I currently do not have an active Video SEO subscription so I thought that was the reason. But my concern is when I was re-indexing the videos, the process did not give me an error or a “cannot proceed” message. Rather it went through all the pages and said it’s done. I am planning to purchase the Video SEO feature but I wanted to make sure that is the reason my video sitemap is currently empty and no other issues with my embeds have caused it, before I go ahead with the purchase.

    What does the video sitemap generating process look like for a site without the subscription (access denied, empty sitemap, etc)? Thanks!
