Hi Aneta,
Probably so.
Please try the following:
1. Use another browser (e.g. if you are using Firefox switch to Chrome, etc). If that helps please let me know which browser and version you were using originally. OS name and version would also be helpful.
2. Deactivate all other plugins. If that helps try activating them one by one to find which one is causing the issue. Please let me know name and version of the plugin.
With that info we can further to investigate and solve the issue.

Dear Dan,
Today I simply reloaded everything and the interface of the weight shipping tab appeared!
I guess it was some caching issues!
Thank you for your time!

Glad it’s working for you now.
Hello Dan,
I have tried this:
Uninstall the plugin (you won’t loose your settings)
— Install the latest version in 4.x branch.
— Update it to the latest version via WordPress dashboard.
it still did not show up the blue button or the rules:

Please let me know how to fix this, thanks,
Yuki
Hi Dan,
I found the culprit : Yoast SEO Versie: 5.3.2 | Door Team Yoast |
What should I do now? Please let me know…. Yoast is a very useful plugin though.
Waiting for your reply, thanks!

Hi Yuki,
Thank you for the update.
The latest plugin version — 5.1.2 — aims to fix the issue with the Yoast SEO plugin. Did you try it?
Hi Dan,
Your plugin has the version: 5.1.2 and the Yoast SEO version is : 5.3.2.
Let me know what to do, if you need my login credential, will be fine to give it to you.
thanks so much!

Thank you for the credentials.
I checked the issue in your dashboard with the latest Chrome, Firefox and Edge and it worked fine for me every time.
Could you try clearing browser cache? By the way, what browser and OS versions are you using?
If resetting cache doesn’t help, please make a screenshot of your browser console on the plugin settings page. To see the console press F12 or find Dev Tools in browser menu.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
