    Hi team,

    I’m having a frustrating issue on the WooCommerce order-pay page, whereby when entering card details and submitting, the gateway responds with an EMPTY_VALUE error.

    If I go through the normal checkout flow, then the the error doesn’t only occur, it only happens when landing on the order-pay page.

    I’ve tried turning on debug logging to see if I get any further information in the WordPress debug logs, but nothing is logged.

    I would appreciate it if someone could look in to this for me.

    Hi Tariq,

    Thank you for the update, sorry I’ve taken so long to respond, I was on leave on Friday.

    I’ve tried to install the updated plugin, but receive the following error from WordPress:

    Unpacking the package…
    
    Installing the plugin…
    
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    
    Plugin installation failed.

    Is there a step I’m missing here?
