Hi @rtash, thanks for reaching out about your problem.
Can you please share you site’s system status report using Pastebin so we can assess your setup better and suggest steps to improve EMQ?

Thanks for sharing the report @rtash !
Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and clear the cache
- On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Reset connection settings
- Reinstall the plugin
- Reconnect to your page (and enable Automatic advanced matching under “Select Meta Pixel” as well)
- Try running some test events to confirm the setup, and monitor your page for orgnic events and Event Quality updates. Keep in mind that it will take a bit of time for the events and event quality to sync.
Please let us know if this fixes the issue, or you need further assistance.
Kind regards,
Marija

Hi Marija,
Thanks for the suggestions. Have tried the all the above solutions including reinstalling and reconnecting the plugin. The EMQ has gone back to the 6-7 range but still not the 8-9 range like how it was a couple of months ago.

Hi @rtash ,
The Event Match Quality score varies depending on several factors, such as:
- The customer parameters that are being sent. To increase the score, you can enable Advanced Matching, if you haven’t done so already (the setting is accessible when connecting to your page)
- Any behaviour that alters the WooCommerce default flow (via plugins, third-party themes or custom templates)
- Any plugins Cache/Optimisation plugins that block Facebook cookies or scripts can impact the event quality as well.
The best course of action is to follow the advice provided within the Events Manager popups, also keep in mind that blocking Cookies (via a plugin or custom code), and forcing behaviours (such as redirect to checkout, etc) can reduce the score of the events as well.
Kind regards,
Marija

Hi Marija,
There is something wrong with the 3.5x version. Everytime we update the plugin the EMQ score crashes. We have to resort going back to 3.4.10. At least they are at 6-7 range. Nothing else has changed causing the EMQ score to drop aside from the plugin version. Last week when the EMQ score went back up to 6-7 was also because we downgraded the plugin.

Hi Renard,
Can you open this on the GitHub issues page? Please share all of the details you have included here ( including the logs, and the System status report), as well as screenshots showing the difference in the EMQ score with different plugin versions.
Kind regards,
