Enable access to specific page while plugin active

Is it possible, while the Under Construction plugin is active, to enable public access to a specific page? For example, by registering that page in the plugin, or using a token or something similar?

I’d like to easily give specific users access to a specific page without having to deactivate the plugin, or to register the user’s IP address, or to ask him/her to go to wp-admin and then enter a password. All these solutions have two drawbacks: 1) they would need extra-work from me and, more importantly, the specific user I have in mind; 2) it would give access to the whole site, not only the specific page I have in mind.
