Enable Automatic Reminders keeps unchecking

    Hi,

    The option to check-uncheck Enable Automatic Reminders keeps unchecking.
    When I check this option and save it, after an hour or so, when I return to this page, it is unchecked again.
    What am I missing here?

    Hope you can help me out, because I am not sending out invitations nor am I collecting reviews now.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Do you have a staging site where you copy/restore backups? The plugin has a feature to detect staging sites and disable sending of automatic review invitations.

    The article is related to WPML but the solution will likely help to resolve your problem as well.

    Hi,

    Same problem here.
    We are not using WPML, but the option to check-uncheck Enable Automatic Reminders keeps unchecking.
