Enable Conditional Logic

    How can I use the conditional logic when I want to say that X is = to a checkbox.
    Because I’ve one field with just 1 checkbox and if that checkbox is enabled it will hide the nexts fields. But what should I insert on the field after the “is” The text from the checkbox?

    EDIT: I saw that it hides when I check but if I uncheck it doesnt show again, I need to refresh.
