Enable Email only to specific users

    I’m super admin of our website and I want the other admins to only use email as their 2FA method? Is that possible, when they go the frontend page I made, the TOTP is still available to them…is it possible to disable it for specific users? Or that isn’t allowed? Thank you!

    Indeed, in WP 2FA you can select which methods are available for users.

    All you need to do is uncheck the option One-time code via 2FA App (TOTP) from the section Select the methods in the 2FA Policies page on the plugin.

    That should do the trick. Can you please confirm that this is what you were looking for?

    Thank you for the quick reply. If I disabled the TOTP, will it still accept TOTP via authenticator app every time I login? Super admin should be the only who can use it, while the others can only do so via email.

    Yes, your setup will still work. However, no one else can configure TOTP anymore once you make it unavailable for users. If you want to still make it available for certain number of users you can try the Premium edition for free. It allows you to configure different 2FA policies for different user roles.
