Enable extensions

I have just bought the extension pass to get all extensions, but i cannot find anywhere within the plugin to enable the extensions i can only download the zip files for each one. Do i really need to upload each one manually?
All the documentation relates to configuring the extensions through the extensions element in settings but i obviously cant see that yet.
