At the moment, StellarPay doesn’t include a setting to authorize payments without immediately capturing them. Payments are captured automatically when approved.
I’ve passed this along as a feature request to the team. Delayed capture can be a useful workflow in some stores, and your feedback helps us shape future improvements. Here’s a link to the feature request:
