    Hello

    Could you please help, i have inserted the correct Cloudflare email and global API but when i click the green button “enable caching now” i get the below error 👇

    Unauthorized to access requested resource (err code: 9109)

    How do i, get back to step one?

    Hi,
    Make sure you are using the main super admin cloudflare account details and not a collaborator account details.

    The only way to get back to Step 1 is by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    Thank you for the quick reply, if I uninstall the plugin and install it again ,will it not just pick up the old settings?

    Do you recommend changing the default settings? to further improve the page load and navigation speed?
