In this case, you must edit your plugin copy. Please open the “/wp-content/plugins/calculated-fields-form/inc/cpcff_main.inc.php” file with the text editor of your choice, and replace all occurrences of the text manage_options with edit_pages.

Dear Codepeople,
I just updated your excellent plugin calculated-fields-form and now the website editors no longer has access to the plugin. I tried your intrsuction again and edited the file cpcff_main.inc.php but the plugin is still notm displaying to the website editors.
What can I do??
Is there a way that I can make the edit permanent?

Update… the fix is working (just me mixing up file versions).
Still a way to permanent this edit would be superb, either through WPCode or Child Theme.

Is there a way I can make this edit become permanent, and survive an update of the plugin? Can it somehow be included in the Child Theme?
