I see that i can enable\disable for page types. Is there a way that i can disable a plugin for everywhere on my blog except for a single specific page?

I know i can disable for pages and posts, but that will disable it for the specific page.

    Thanks

ok i have been reading that i can do this using a filter, but i dont see anywhere to set a permalink when creating a filter. Do i use one of the custom fields and put the url in the value field? I tried putting it in the value field, but when i go out and look at the filter list it does not show a permalink.

    Thanks

Use the global plugins page. Disabling a plugin there will disable it everywhere. Then you can turn it on for a specific page.
