enable specific plugin for a role.

Hello,

Please wonder if you can help me, i have a plugin User Specific Content and i want to enable this plugin just for authors, is there a way to do so, i did enable the manage_options but this as well enabled all other plugins and some settings (reading,write…), so could you please let me know if there is a way to enable just the plugin iv mentioned before and keep all other manage_options disabled?
