• Hello Josie. I’m having a problem using the EntryWizard plugin regarding the Layout section. I’ve been using EntryWizard for several years, and this problem comes up often. When creating a layout, you have to create a new layout from an old layout, such as the one offered by the plugin, “Simple Competition Layout,” and then modify the fields.

    My problem stems from the fact that when editing the fields, I no longer find the fields I initially created, but those from the “Simple Competition Layout.” This makes it impossible for me to modify the layout options.

    Furthermore, I currently can’t delete the faulty layout; I receive an error message (L008). Last year, I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, but the problem still occurs.

    I want to point out that several days after the initial edit, I was able to find and modify my layout. However, I was only able to modify it after this time. In my case, I had to modify the dimensions (or files) to correct an initial error.

    Is there a way to resolve this issue? I have several photos to submit and I can’t always wait a week before correcting or modifying an incorrect layout.

    I’ve not heard of anyone else having this problem. You don’t specify which buttons you clicked, but it does seem as if you should have been able to save your changes correctly.

    I wonder if there may be some problem with your database, or with your connection to it.
