Until now, I was using Site Reviews by Paul Ryley, and it worked well. I wanted to try the MyRewards plugin by Long Watch Studio, but it didn’t work with Site Reviews, and the developer recommended installing Customer Reviews for WooCommerce by CusRev. So, I removed Site Reviews and installed Customer Reviews.

I added the shortcodes to the page. The display of comments and the comment form works.

    1. However, when I try to add a comment, as soon as I click the Submit button, a small animation appears in the button, but nothing happens. No comment is added.
    2. On the other hand, do you know how I can import the comments already written from Site Reviews into Customer Reviews?

NB : On this page, I’ve Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce, Elementor, XStore Theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for reaching out!

    1. Please check if there are any JavaScript errors in the browser console after you submit a review. Please share a screenshot of the errors that you find.
    2. You can import and export reviews using the built-in utility in our plugin: How to import and export reviews

Arf ! I thought the problem was solved, I went into production and I’m encountering the same problem. This time, disabling and re-enabling MailChimp didn’t change anything. I don’t know what’s causing the problem.

I found it. This time, I had to disable Friendly Captcha ! I can now post reviews on my production site.
There’s definitely something weird about your plugin?!

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
