Enable Wallet For VIP users

Hello.
First of all i should say sorry becaus i previously creted same topic here .

and after a search i find s same topic here

but after tests i found out thats not what i want
this is why i create a topic again

i have a user role named VIP
i want option of wallet only for VIP users .
that topic deactive plugin completly when a user from another role visit site

i want plugin to be actived but user roles from another roles could not see anything about wallet

and in the tera wallet dashboard only VIP users to be shown
