Enable while troubleshooting- Not working

Hello!

I’m working on a staging site to test some things before moving them to my real site, and I wanted to run troubleshooting to figure out a possible plugin conflict.
I always enable WooCommerce first and I got the following error:
“When enabling the plugin, woocommerce, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted“

I tried switching to the Storefront theme and got the same error, also tried a different plugin and the same.

What can I do about this? I haven’t even tried “Enable anyway”

I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff and breaking it makes me nervous
