Enabled on new forms by default?

Hi guys
Great plugin!
I have users on sites that have access to create new “Gravity Forms” forms, but don’t have access to this plugin due to user role restrictions, so if they ever create a new form can this be activated on the new forms by default? Is there a hook or function I can use in the theme to acheive this?
