I found the issue…I was using this newer version of WP after not using it for awhile The settings were not where they were prior to this. They were up top in a drop down menu Thanks Anyways!

Hi again
I was under the impression that there was an area underneath the pages where you can enable or disable comments. If I remember correctly it was under a “discussion” area where you can tick off “Allow Comments” and then ” Allow Pings”. I dont see that as an option in my admin area under each page….am I missing something?
