Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your feed.
The encoding error could be happening because of a couple of reasons:
- Your feed is not done processing yet;
- You create a field yourselves that contains a character that is not allowed in XML
- You added a value to your feed that breaks the feed
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can tell how you configured your feed? See: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also please provide us your product feed URL

Hi,
Thanks for this. I suspect it is this feed you are referring too?

Could you try changing the field mapping for the “g:description” field to the “unfiltered product description” attribute and manually reprocess the feed?
Hope this helps.

Hi again,
Yes indeed, I refered to the feed mentionned. Now, it is bizarre, the feed works on Chrome normal session but doesn’t work on Chrome/Firefox incognito mode (same XML error).
And, when I ask the Merchant Center to check the feed, it still displays 27 products instead of 108 products that should be there (as displayed in the Feed statistics for the German Feed).
Do you know why this happens please?
Best,
-

That sounds like a caching issue to me, so either your browser or a plugin is caching the old version of your feed. When I add a parameter to the URL (to bypass caching) the feed works fine in any browser. See: https://www.centralefillers.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/trIsyFoRLqmdzMDt9imwDAUwqceH8itG.xml?asdads=009hhhf
The feed indeed holds 108 products. Bear in mind that your Google Merchant Center only once a day automatically fetches and reprocesses your feed so changes are that it did not retrieve your updated feed yet. You can manually fetch and process your feed in your merchant center so it gets the most recent version.
Hope this helps?
