Encoding for Russian language

Nice plugin, I hope that you will continue to improve its plugin.

If you type in the search russian words, the statistics will be question marks.
Example:

I replaced in MySQL latin1_swedish_ci to utf8_general_ci
And and then statistics shows all the words
