When exporting posts, certain characters used in the Hawaiian language are not encoded properly in the resulting CSV.

For example, a post with this title:

ʻAkoko ʻŌhiʻa lehua Kūkaenēnē Hāpuʻu pulu

Gets exported as this in the CSV:

ʻAkoko ʻŌhiʻa lehua Kūkaenēnē Hāpuʻu pulu

Changing the encoding options in the editing program (Excel, Word, Notepad) doesn’t fix the encoding on these characters.

Special UTF-8 characters of the Hawaiian language include:

    U+02BB,U+0100,U+0101,U+0112,U+0113,U+012A,U+012B,U+014C,U+014D,U+016A,U+016B

I have tried to use the “Include BOM” option to no avail.
