Encoding works but message is incorrect

The email addresses on the page are blurred, as they should be, but when clicked on a phone, the message reads “Clean talk encode cannot connect…” then if you click again, it works, but we’re concerned that potential clients might not think to do that and just move on to a competitor. On a computer, the correct message comes up.
