Thank you for writing. This is a premium benefit to come. I had intended to work it up while in India the past couple of weeks, but failed. I’ve got 2 weeks of cycling in Malaysia coming up for Chinese New Year. I’ll try to knock it out then.

Oh I’m currently using it on my http://www.cooney.com.au personal website at the moment.
As an example, click through to http://www.cooney.com.au/opt-in-plugin-that-will-literally-blow-your-socks-off and scroll down to towards the bottom and you’ll notice the plugin purring away in the Opt-in form.
