{enddate} always shows up

Hi,

I’m trying to use a “{date} {enddate}” template format, but it should only display an end date when there is one specified.

In the dashboard, the end date field auto-populates with the start date. Deleting and saving does nothing; the field just re-populates.

How do you delete the end date and keep the field empty? I tried simply adding a space, but that causes the field to populate with 1/1/1970.
