endless Horizontal scroll in Admin page/post Edit

    hi when i change the langauge of site to RTL and go to edit or add page or post i see endless Horizontal scroll

    sometimes the page editor and other stuff load outside the page and i see blank so i must scroll page to right to see them

    any idea how to fix it ?

    Does this happen with all plugins deactivated or using a theme like Twenty Seventeen?

    it happends on Editor with all plugins and theme

    i think there is some bad css code in admin dashboard when they try to RTL it
