    If the customer login on checkout into amazon, and endless loading spinner is starting. First I thought it’s something with the cache from wp-rocket, but it’s not. Next going back to 1.11.1 and everything is working again fine with amazon.

    Something is not working since the new version, starting after login into amazon and loading address and payment gateways.

    All shops going back to 1.11.1 to get a working amazon checkout again.

    Hi @fox-didl

    Thanks for reaching out! How frustrating, it sounds like this update is linked to the login problem.

    I appreciate you mentioning that downgrading the plugin helped fix this temporarily. Can you let me full steps to replicate this? Does it happen when a customer logs in via the Amazon Pay option?

    Thanks,

    I try to do a video, so you can see it.

    Video is done. How can I send it to you private? I don’t want to have personal data in the video posted here.

    Hi @fox-didl

    I can appreciate you wanting to limit that. Can I ask you to reach out via WooCommerce.com, create a ticket, and include the video in that submission? Reply back here when you’ve done that and I’ll take a look.

    Thanks,

    Hi @fox-didl

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while – I hope this means you were able to reach out to us via WooCommerce.com.

    I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Hi @dougaitken,

    we have the same problem and could break down the problem to the followig code:

    • woocommerce – checkout.js – line 418 -> triggers updated_checkout
    • amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 385 -> calls wcAmazonWalletWidget
    • amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 427 -> sets onPaymentSelect: wcAmazonUpdateCheckoutAddresses
    • amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 254 -> triggers update_checkout
    • woocommerce – checkout.js – line 242 -> leads to line 418 (first entry)
    • I hope this helps to fix the bug.

      Best regards
      David

    No it’s not resolved. But I found a solution with not updateing for the moment, until I have more time to build a staging site for you. But there are other bugs in plugins too, which are more important. A few of them have been fixed in the meantime, so soon there is a staging site for you.
