Could you give me a list of active plugins and active theme on your site? Or could you test Custom Sidebars without any other plugins?

Hi Marcin,
Theme is “Enfold” comes with “Layerslider”, no other Plugins.

I installed Enfold + Layerslider + Avia Template Builder.
And I can not reproduce this issue.
Could you describe steps to reproduce? Could you add some screenshots?

Hi Marcin,
– Red Button „Create a new Sitebar“
– Dialog „New Custom Sidebar“ -> fill „Name“ and „Description“ and click „Create Sidebar“
– Result: Endless Loading Animation! -> See Screenshot
It will be nice to have an solution for this, because we really need yout plugin!

We are very sorry for the delay on our end, somehow we missed your answer. 🙁
Please open browser console ( https://developer.chrome.com/dimage_classevtools
) and try to create sidebar again. There should be some kind of error there, can you make a screenshot of it and also copy it here?
Also, have you tried this with default WordPress theme like 2017?

ok i try it and here is the result:
No, I tried this not with 2017 because I have to use Enfold for this site
and so I can only use plugins there are wotk together with this theme!

Hi Mike,
I did a test with Custom Sidebars and latest Enfold theme and I was able to replicate the issue but I’m afraid that the JS error is coming from the theme itself and you should check with the theme devs about that.
Only workaround I was able to find is to wait a couple of seconds when you click on Create Sidebar button and then refresh the page, you should be able to see new sidebar created after that.

yes than I see a new sidebar but I can’t make any settings for an new sidebar because
the loading animation is still there 🙁 Enfold can’t fix this error yet, hope you are more flexible maybe?!

I’m extremely sorry about no getting back to you earlier – what exactly Enfold devs told? That they cant fix that now or they refuse to fix it? I’m afraid we can’t fix issue on their side.
