Endless Loading, Both Page & Dashboard

Alright guys, any help here would be huge.

Over the past couple of weeks the speed with which my wordpress page loads has dropped through the floor. Even when I do get it going, the page never stops loading.

This is also happening on the dashboard page.

Often I can get in and set up a post with not problem, but after a few clicks and loading a few drafts things get ugly and inevitably I won’t be able to upload my post. I’ve turned off the vast majority of my my widgets and that hasn’t helped.
