Donation History Page <- this lets you select only a page but typically a site with any of the membership plugins has endpoints for user account info such as http://mysite.com/account/donations with only http://mysite.com/account/ being an actual selectable page, can you make it so Give can be pointed to a url also so http://mysite.com/account/donations will work?
