    Hi,

I have been using the User Registration, however users were not able to log in nor change their passwords. I have installed the frontend reset password to allow them to change their passwords on their own but even though I corrected the endpoint for “forgot my password” to the newly created site: reset-password, it doesn’t want to get updated. When clicking on the button, it daoesn’t change anything, stays on the login page (although as admin can see that redirects to no longer existing page which I removed from endpoints already). I tried to attach the shortcut again but have no clue where to as cannot edit the login page in any way, editing options bring me to the my account page. Can you please advice?

    Thanks,
    Kamila

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mindfulnesshouse,

It sounds like there’s a conflict with the endpoints and possibly some caching issues. Here are a few steps to help resolve this:

    1. Check Endpoint Settings: Ensure that the endpoint for “forgot-password” is correctly set to “reset-password” in the User Registration settings. You can find this under User Registration > Settings > General > Lost Password Endpoint.
    2. Disable Caching: If you are using a caching plugin like LiteSpeed Cache, try disabling caching for the User Registration My Account Page. This can help ensure that changes are reflected on the frontend.
    3. Clear Permalinks: After making changes to the endpoint, go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and simply click “Save Changes” to refresh the permalink structure.
    4. Check Shortcodes: Ensure that the correct shortcodes are being used on your login and My Account pages. For the login form, use [user_registration_login] and for the My Account page, use [user_registration_my_account].

If you continue to experience issues, please provide us a screenshot of your issues. We will look into it and get back to you accordingly.

    Best Regards!
