Hi @nataliefaith02!
I suggest you try first the recommendations outlined in this support documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/#section-6.
If that doesn’t work, please send us a screenshot of your endpoints found in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup and a copy of your system status as well, located in WooCommerce > Status.
Let us know how it goes for you.
Cheers!
Hi Juan, thanks for your reply.
This link was very helpful. From the description I believe it’s a web.config file issue. I’m not entirely sure where I should be putting this code? Should I be sharing this code with my hosting platform for them to update the Windows Server?
Hi @nataliefaith02
That only applies if your site is hosted on a Windows server, if so you may want to reach out to your host’s folks directly for further assistance.
However, we would like to look more into this issue, and as requested earlier, can you share your endpoints settings?
You can take a screenshot using a tool like https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks!
Hi there,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
