Is there any way to include the energy certificate?, as an image for example but not in the gallery. There is no image type in the fields builder.

Actually there is a type – File in the plugin Fields Builder >> https://estatik.net/estatik-plugin-documentation/#document-14 which you can use to attach a file as an image.
