Enhanced Ecommerce tracking

It seems there is a tracking problem with Klarna CO and Woocommerce. Many transactions are missing in Universal Analytics EEcommerce. (implemented via GTM4WP Thomas Geiger) Around 25% of the transactions are passed to GA.
The drop occurred on Oct 26th in the afternoon CET, it seems.
The transaction is correct in the Woo back end, but the “thank you” page does not load consistently. ( This I assume since some transactions are missing)
The error message on the page loaded after the purchase is “Only purchases to Norwegian mail addresses can be made in our Norwegian webshop. For purchases in …… go to…) The thing is that I used a Norwegian address when making the purchase.
Versions
GTM4WP 1.11.5
Klarna CO for WP 2.3.2 (upgraded from 2.0.14 today, no change)
Woocommerce Version 4.0.1 is active. Latest version 4.6.1We will update Woo, but the solution worked until the 26th of Oct on the old Woo version.
