Enhancement Request

How about adding a way to do substitution in the inserted code from the shortcode.

For example [cmruncode id="28" field_name="field1,field2" field_value="a value,another value"]

And in the code that’s being injected all references to $$field1$$ would be replaced by a value and all references to $$field2$$ would be replaced by another value.

This is NOT an urgent need.
