Enhancements possible ?

Could it be possible to have a multiple choices for user roles in the case one want to select administrator + editor for example ?

Would it be possible to allow notes to be displayed (or not, or per posts/pages basis, depending on the settings) on posts, custom posts, and pages in order to let messages to those who work back end ?
For example i want to create a note that reminds a special guideline so that back end users can if they are lost refer to that, you know what i mean ? Notes that can be displayed on posts, custom post types and pages makes much more sense that dashboard note (even if it is useful too).
