Are all sliders showing the same?
If you created any slider in the latest version then you need to re-add all slider images and update the slider.

Ok, I’ve fixed the bug. It was a separated loaded jQuery file from another plugin.
The Slider is visible now, but only the thumbnails are shown. Any help would be great.

But something other CSS conflicting and forcing to hide the image slide.
Try to deactivate the active plugin one by one OR switch to another theme.
Hope this will lead to finding out the conflict thing.

thanks, I could fix all issues. The Problem was that the previous developer overwrote the layout.php within the plugin directory and included a different JavaScript for the slider.
Do you offer the possibility to overwrite the layout.php within the child theme?
