Is there an easy way to *instantly* clean up the Slimstats database. Mine is growing huge. I’ve so far retained 120 days, but sized it down to 60 days now. Didn’t help much…

    Engine InnoDB
    wp_slim_stats 115.64 MB
    634,775 records
    wp_slim_outbound 144 KB
    627 records
    wp_slim_browsers 176 KB
    942 records
    wp_slim_screenres 48 KB
    609 records
    wp_slim_content_info 160 KB
    1,802 records

Yep, in the same page where you found that information, there’s a button to delete ALL the records 😉

A vote for Slimstat would be a nice way to say thank you!

Thanks for that… If I hit the magic button, will I ten lose all collated tracking information and end up with zero visitors etc for the history? I don’t want to lose the entire tracked history. Don’t mind losing the details, but want to keep the summarised information.

Would be able to elaborate on what the ‘summarized’ information would be? We could work on a feature to make this available.

I can’t speak for any realwombats, but I am looking at database size issues too, and would love to just clean out certain info. In my case, I would probably clean out everything except visits, unique IPs and landing page/traffic source info.

Then again, maybe I will just go for the export add-on, and clean everything out after that.

That’s exactly what I was going to recommend 😉
