How come the Enquire button is missing sometimes?

http://skincode.my/products/Another weird case is that if u browse to page 5 under http://skincode.my/products/, you shall see this product S.O.S oil control mattifying lotion does not have the “Only At Clinics” button, but if you click on it, http://skincode.my/product/s-o-s-oil-control-mattifying-lotion/, its actually having the “Only At Clinics” button (Individual Product page).
Why is the button disappearing for some links?
Please help.
