    Hi,

    Love the plugin!

On the single product Enquiries tab I am missing the “Make an enquiry functionality”. I have the modules enabled, however all that shows on the Enquiries Tab is “General Enquiries There are no enquiries yet.” I seem to remember there was a link / button there also so that users could contact the vendor.

I have updated everything and deactivated all non woo plugins to see if where is a conflict. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Please advise.

    Am using WC Marketplace.

    Thanking you in advance,
    J

    Hi,

I have discovered the issue – in the dashboard the “Disable Ask a Question Button” works in reverse, ticking the box actually enables the Ask a question Button not disables it. The setting should read “Enable Ask a Question Button”

    Hope this helps, J

    Hi,

I think there has some confusion.

Let me clear those to you.

First see this product – http://wcmp.wcfmdemos.com/product/flying-ninja/

“Ask a Question” – just below the “Add to Cart” button.

Previously it was under “Enqueries” tab, but in latest update we have placed this outside.

We have added a settings “Disable Ask a Question Button” to disable this Button from outside and make it back to it’s old position (under the tab). So “Disable” is right fro this.

Now, come back to your issue. Possible your theme manipulated default WC filters so outside button not visible to your single product page.

Anyway, you may disable that and use the old way.

Please know me if you have any queries regarding this.

    Thank You

    Hi,

    Thanks for prompt reply.

Yes, what you say is correct, the “Ask a Question Button” does not appear outside the tab as per your link. I am using the Flatsome theme for the site, so perhaps you may like to consider accommodating that theme in a future release as the new position for the button makes a lot of sense.

    Thanks again, J

    Hi,

Sorry, may be I can’t make you the things clear to you.

WCfM Latest version (since 4.1.3) “Ask a Question” button default position at below “Add to Cart” button – http://wcmp.wcfmdemos.com/product/flying-ninja/

WCfM Older version (till 4.1.2) “Ask a Question” button default position at inside Enquiry Tab – http://wcvendors.wcfmdemos.com/sexo/album/

“Disable Ask a Question Button” – this will disable “Ask a Question” new position and you will again have this under “Enquiry” tab.

    Thank You

    Hi,

    Yes, I understand, thanks.

However, I note that my theme “Flatsome” is not compatible with the new default position [WCfM Latest version (since 4.1.3) “Ask a Question” button default position at below “Add to Cart” button )] and I can only display it inside the “Enquiry” tab.

It would be nice if you could add Flatsome compatibility in a future release as the new default position for the button is very nice.

    Thanking you,
    J

    Hi,

We will definitely take care of this.

Our demos are also setup using Flatsome but a bit older version.

Will resolve this in next update be sure.

    Thanks for your cooperation.
