Entering Orders

    Hi, I have a question regarding the process of actually getting an order through the process of tracking. We currently have WooCommerce for ecommerce. We needed a solution for customers to track their orders. So we downloaded your plugin and so far very happy with it. But I am a bit confused as to how it works. When an order comes in it shows up in our WooCommerce orders. Would I have to then re enter the order information into the plugin to track it? I was under the impression that as an order came in it would sync between WooCommerce and the plugin. Then all we would need to do is update the status/tracking information in the plugin which would then sync back with the order in WooCommerce. Otherwise it just seems to be creating double and triple work. Thanks!

    Hi Christina,

    It’s not meant to work with WooCommerce at this point, although adding compatibility is a with WC would be a great idea.

    The plugin was aimed more at people who shipped orders received via e-mail, but we’re going to look in to supporting WC now that you’ve brought it up.
